Work Experience
Over the last four years, as a parent coach, I’ve constantly seen parents engage in our parenting courses with greater knowledge, resulting in changes in their family’s mental health. In today’s fast-paced environment, we must improve our emotional intelligence in order to properly deal with everyday relationship issues. Drawing on my years of experience, I’ve been dedicated to aiding parents in sustainably navigating these difficulties. Furthermore, I have focused on assisting individuals in reprogramming their mindsets in order to achieve success while keeping peace of mind in the face of life’s numerous challenges.
Observing a concerned parent battling to control her lively two-year-old was an epiphany for me. It became evident that her dilemma was not unique; rather, it reflected the difficulties faced by many migrating parents creating nuclear families in a new country. These individuals frequently found themselves without the necessary support and guidance for their parenting journey, which led to increased feelings of uncertainty and isolation.
Realizing what obstacles these parents had as they navigated the complexities of modern parenting struck a deep chord with me. It highlighted the significance of my work as a parent coach, encouraging me to offer essential assistance and advice to help alleviate their difficulties and develop healthier parent-child interactions.
Studying online parenting courses taught them that parenting is more than just focusing on the child; instead, emphasizing their own growth and conduct leads to huge improvements in their lives. This viewpoint emphasizes the necessity of parents acting as positive role models for their children rather than taking an oppressive approach focused on hovering over their child’s body and mind.
Recognizing the growing influence of technology in our lives, I’ve realized the critical need for parents to help navigate its impact on the next generation. With technology’s constant presence, the art of critical thinking and prolonged focus seems to be fading. Furthermore, human interaction within families is jeopardizing children’s emotional intelligence development. As I learn more about this topic, I become increasingly convinced that a parent coach plays an essential role in developing future generations. This knowledge strengthens my commitment to becoming a parent coach, as I see myself helping to bridge these essential gaps in fostering tomorrow’s emerging individuals.
In a year, our FREE online workshop, A Plus Powerful Parenting, has assisted over 50 to 60 parents in comprehending and meeting the expectations of modern parenting. By reversing traditional approaches, we’ve guided parents through nurseries, reaching hundreds of families and promoting mindfulness in parenting amidst today’s distractions. This success is due to the wonderful support of parents and our growing connections with nurseries, schools, and clubs. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to enhancing our program, now known as A Plus Global Academy.

With the predominance of multilingualism and the quick integration of technology in today’s world, parental dynamics are developing within the framework of rising nuclear family setups. This complex combination of cultural diversity, linguistic variety, and technological innovation changes the lifestyle and approach to parenthood, underlining the importance of flexible strategies that I recognize each family’s unique history and values.
